We also accept digital formats such as MiniDV, MiniDVD, DVD video, Bluray discs.

We also have the ability to transfer 8mm film, super 8 film and 16mm

We also transfer broadcasting formats such as 3/4 Umatic, BetaSP, BetaSX, IMX, Digital Beta both large and small types, and DV tapes.

From the time you place the order, an email will be sent to you within a few days.

We will instruct you on how to upload your Smartphone footage onto our Google Drive folder.

If you have analogue material, we will send a courier to pick them up.

It will take about 2 weeks to put together a rough cut.

You have up to three rounds of changes.

The entire process normally takes up to 4 weeks.

You are able to pick a few specific moments. Most of the shots are chosen by our creative editor. The decision to use the shots are based on how it fits into the entirety of the video, it’s purpose, entertainment and long-term values.

You will also have all the raw footage on the external hard drive.

We can repair all consumer tapes if they are damaged.

Digital formats like DVD and discs may not be repairable. You may need to seek data recovery services.

Broadcast or commercial formats are not repairable by our firm.

Yes, we will transfer all your videos onto an external hard drive and courier the material back to you. 

In addition, you will receive our editing projects files and other media assets that was used in your video.

It is suggested that you keep a back up copy of this content for future archival purposes.
