Disc Duplication

[toggle title=”Q: How is the mastering process done?” fold=”false”]A: Mastering is done by using a laser to write the information on the disc with a series of zeros and ones. The information read will be exactly the same as the original.
Replication services begin by creating a glass master from the original disc. It then yields a mold to stamp the information onto the plastic material. A reflector is installed inside the disc to reflect the information back for the laser to read when it is placed into the machine.[/toggle]
